Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Break at 9:30 AM; Lunch at 12:00 PM)

As a Production Worker , you'll play a key role in the wood craftsmanship and assembly of high-quality products . You'll work closely with the production department to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do:

As a Production Worker , you will be responsible for: Perform various labor tasks essential to the wood manufacturing process, including sanding, painting, and carpentry. Utilize manual and motorized carpentry tools to shape and assemble various components. Work with fiberglass and resins to ensure structural integrity and a high-quality finish. Maintain a clean and safe workspace while handling chemicals and materials according to safety protocols. Wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators and N95 masks, which requires successful fit testing. Execute repetitive movements and stand for long periods on a cement floor.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience in labor, production, or manufacturing settings. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and physical examination. Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
