Job Description

Marca Technologies, LLC is currently hiring a production line worker for a 1st shift operator (5:00 am to 3:30 pm) on our thin coat metalization paint line.
Job Requirements:
Good mechanical aptitude Attention to detail Practice safe work habits Excellent work ethic and attendance Valid driver's license Experience in a production environment a plus but not a requirement Basic Mirosoft office (Excel, word, outlook) Work independently Willingness to learn for career advancement Speaks and reads fluent English Must be able to read and understand instructions. Must be able to retain information. Working as a team Good decision making and troubleshooting skills Must be able to use and read precision measuring devices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow instruction from the lead Tech. Alert Tech of any problems or questions regarding production. Know and understand quality control standards and the inspection process. Monitor tooling, remove, replace and clean as necessary. Responsible to meet daily production schedules. Track and report output, scrap, and other items as required. Perform daily maintenance as required by Standard Operating Procedures. Help fix and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns as needed. Operation of all necessary production equipment and machinery, including, but not limited to any reasonable lifting/moving of materials. Keep the area clean and organized Perform essential duties efficiently and accurately. Perform other duties as assigned or needed. Work overtime as needed Environmental/Working Conditions Factory environment Subject to noise, fumes, oily, heat and wet conditions Will be exposed to moving mechanical parts Physical Requirements Lifting to fill hoppers up to 50 pounds Lift waist level up to 50 pounds Push/ pull 30 pounds

Bending, stoop, squating, lifting Standing, walking, stairs, reaching
