Job Description
Schedule:
2-2-3 work schedule |Day Shift:
5:20 AM - 5:30 PM What You'll Do Operate, troubleshoot, change over, and perform basic maintenance on bottling line equipment including fillers, cappers, decasers, and case packers. Perform quality inspections, labeling, case packing, and documentation to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Support daily production goals by following SOPs, food safety standards, and best practices while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance bottling line performance through continuous improvement efforts. Provide guidance and support to temporary team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.Qualifications/Requirements Required:
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.Preferred:
Previous experience operating industrial or bottling/manufacturing equipment. Experience following SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, or food safety standards. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
