As an Environmental Support Team Member at Woodlands Senior Living, you'll help create an environment where residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home. What you'll do As an Environmental Support Team Member, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our residents, families, and team members.

Your responsibilities may include:

Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and assigned common areas Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, and frequently touched surfaces Restocking bathroom paper products, linens, and other supplies Assisting with laundry and dishwashing as needed Making beds and assisting with routine mattress care Keeping environmental services storage areas clean, organized, and well stocked Organizing daily responsibilities around resident needs and scheduled priorities Completing assigned tasks according to established procedures and safety standards Supporting a clean, comfortable, and welcoming community for residents Why this role matters The environment we create has a direct impact on residents' comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
