Production Associate 2PM-2AM

Schedule:

Two‑week rotating (Week 1: 3 shifts Week 2: 4 shifts) 12-Hour Shifts

We are hiring reliable Production Associates for our 2PM-2AM shift. This role supports safe, efficient production and consistent product quality in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Duties

Start, monitor, and stop machines; report malfunctions

Make minor adjustments and clear damaged product

Inspect product to ensure packaging meets specifications

Feed and replenish packaging supplies (bags, film, labels, glue, etc.)

Mount supplies on spindles or load into hoppers

Count and position fiberglass materials for packaging

Maintain a clean, safe work area

Assist with equipment cleaning during downtime

Responsibilities

Follow all environmental, quality, and safety procedures

Participate in continuous improvement activities

Work required hours, including mandatory overtime

Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Maintain respectful, ethical workplace behavior

Report all accidents/incidents immediately

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Physical Demands

Lift/move up to 50 lbs individually and up to 150 lbs with assistance

Frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling materials

Ability to kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, and squat repetitively

Stand or walk on concrete for 12 hours

Regular stair and ladder climbing

May work in confined spaces

Required vision abilities: close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment

Must pass background check and drug screen

Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years related experience

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Basic math skills (counting, simple equations, fractions)

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Works efficiently with minimal supervision

Strong accuracy, thoroughness, and accountability

Working Conditions

Exposure to dust, odors, oils, and chemicals

PPE required; occasional respirator use

Temperature fluctuations; heated/cooled rest areas available

Loud environment — hearing protection required

Tobacco, vape, and e‑cigarette‑free workplace

Education

High School Diploma or GED required
