Production Associate

Production Associate - Manufacturing | Multiple Openings | Albion Area Reliable. Detail‑oriented. Quality‑focused. We're working with multiple manufacturing employers in the Albion area who are hiring Production Associates to support finished part inspection and packaging operations.

These roles are ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing experience who take pride in quality, consistency, and showing up every day ready to work. What These Roles Typically Involve Perform final inspections at the end of machine production lines Visually inspect parts for defects such as flash, scratches, dents, or chips Conduct spot quality checks using micrometers and calipers Ensure parts meet specifications before approval Prepare inspected parts for shipment by packing and labeling boxes Work alongside hi‑lo drivers who transport completed orders Maintain a steady pace, inspecting and loading approximately 25-30 parts per hour Skills & Experience Employers Are Looking For 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operator role Strong job stability and attendance history Ability to follow quality standards, safety rules, and work instructions Comfort working in a fast‑paced production environment Willingness to work off shifts (2nd or 3rd shift) as needed Preferred (Not Required) Experience reading basic blueprints Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing Prior quality inspection or measurement experience Why Consider These Opportunities? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $23.13/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
