Job Description

Customer Service QuickBooks Shipping Light Manufacturing Not your typical office job. Centrum Force Fabrication is looking for a versatile, hands-on person who enjoys variety. One part of your day may involve talking with a customer, preparing a freight quote, or working in QuickBooks. The next may involve packaging an equipment order, organizing inventory, or helping our manufacturing team with light duties around the shop or grounds. We're a small manufacturing company where everyone pitches in. The ideal candidate enjoys that kind of environment, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn new things. You don't need to know how to do everything on day one. We're willing to train the right person and help you develop new skills and capabilities as you grow into the position. Requirements Dependable and available to work Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to communicate professionally and courteously with customers, vendors, and coworkers Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Comfortable working in both an office and manufacturing environment Willing and able to perform a variety of office, shipping, warehouse, and light manufacturing tasks Able to safely lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs. Criminal Background check. Preferred Experience Previous experience in any of the following is helpful: QuickBooks or similar accounting software UPS/FedEx shipping and LTL freight Inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations Don't check every box? That's okay. We're more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and aptitude than someone who has already done every part of this job. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM This position could possibly evolve into a M-F. Compensation $20-$26 per hour , depending on experience and skill set. Benefits Paid time off Medical reimbursement program 4-day work week
