Job Description

Fives is a global industrial engineering group dedicated to designing and supplying advanced machines, process equipment, and production lines for leading industries worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Tool Builders to join our dynamic team. We are seeking candidates with either mechanical, electrical and/orpipefitting experience. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and installing complex industrial machinery with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute directly to delivering high-quality equipment that meets strict performance standards and client specifications. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes. Assemble machine components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques. Install electrical wiring, control panels, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure proper machine operation. Conduct precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other industrial measuring instruments to verify component fit and alignment. Fabricate custom parts or modify existing components to meet specific project requirements. Perform electrical wiring and troubleshooting on industrial equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely during assembly or material handling tasks. Proven experience in manufacturing or machine assembly environments with a focus on industrial equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Knowledge of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining processes is highly desirable. Electrical experience including wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Ability to wire programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine control systems. Familiarity with fabrication techniques including welding and metalworking. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in an industrial setting is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to follow safety protocols diligently. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
