- Impact We are looking for a full-time Frontline Leader responsible for leading and supporting production team members on the flexible printing line.
Salary:
Starting at $75k DOE 2nd or 3rdShift Available What You'll Do:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve production goals. Provide feedback and support for skill development and engagement Production Oversight Monitor daily operations to meet schedules and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards. Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary. Safety & Compliance Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Performance Management Track KPIs such as efficiency, waste, and downtime. Implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs. Communication Act as the primary link between frontline employees and management. Communicate goals, changes, and expectations clearly to the team. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in lean initiatives. Support implementation of new technologies or methods in flexible printing. All other duties as assigned.Core Competencies Leadership:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. 3+ years of related manufacturing process experience or printing environment. Leadership experience with the ability to also work as a team Ability to perform moderately complex problem analysis & Mechanical aptitude Solid working knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook. Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information. Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients. Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
