Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production presses and related equipment. Load materials and adjust machine settings according to job specifications. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Make routine adjustments to machines to maintain proper production and quality. Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to maintenance or supervision. Complete production paperwork, inspection records, and other required documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Meet established production schedules and quality standards. Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on equipment. Communicate production issues, material shortages, and quality concerns to supervisors. Qualifications Previous experience operating a press or manufacturing equipment preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operations. Ability to read work orders, production instructions, and basic measurements. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required. Schedule Full-time position.
