Duties Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce high-quality products. Assemble components using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines. Assist in the training of new employees on production processes and equipment usage. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Requirements Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly line operations is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
