Production Operator Reports To:

Team Leader, Shift Supervisor We are an established manufacturing company in the Brighton area seeking to fill several full-time positions in our production department. These are entry-level positions with room for advancement.

Responsibilities Include:

Must be able to read and understand manufacturing instructions. Work independently and produce at an acceptable pace. Operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Assembling components while following work instructions. Update daily production sheet with scrap and rework information. Notify supervisor of possible quality alerts and production stoppages.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent that permits the employee to effectively communicate and perform duties, assignments, and responsibilities on the job. Basic mathematic skills- adding and subtracting Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety guidelines. Ability to deal with a variety of job assignments. Excellent Attendance Great Personality in general, especially in regards to teamwork. Ability to work weekends and extended hours when needed. Must have reliable transportation.
