Job Description
Summary We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain industrial screen-printing equipment to produce high-quality printed foam materials. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will ensure timely, accurate output that meets strict quality standards. This role requires deep expertise in manufacturing setup, custom color matching, and workflow optimization. You will also support production planning, manage inventory control, and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure consistent results. Core Responsibilities Follow direct instructions from leadership. Review daily production schedules. Clean, shoot, prep screens and tear down machines. Manage departmental material utilization and inventory control. Pantone color match inks. Store inks according to safety standards. Develop new screens and reclaim used screens. Complete production paperwork accurately. Maintain a clean workspace. Keep production efficiencies high, maintaining low scrap. Assist in general production when needed. Required skills Hands-on experience with basic equipment operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with production planning schedules to ensure timely order completion. Ability to accurately manage production records, job logs, and material data. Experience monitoring and tracking screen printing inventory, inks, and substrates. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe industrial workspace.
