About Us JX Tactical is a fast-growing manufacturer and retailer of innovative firearm accessories located in Cadillac, Michigan. Our mission is to provide quality, effective, and comfortable carry solutions for those who protect their families and communities. We are looking for a Production Worker to work as part of our team.
You will be responsible for:
Manufacturing products Performing quality inspections Monitoring machinery and equipment. As a Production Worker, you should have experience performing production tasks, using power tools, and understand standard machine maintenance operations and safety protocol. About the
Job Responsibilities :
Build and finish products for order fulfillment Contribute to continuous personal and business growth and development Work as an integral part of the production team Assist in keeping a clean and safe shop environment

Required Competencies :
Familiar with, and comfortable using, a variety of power tools including, but not limited to: drill press, various saws, and sanding/buffing equipment Familiar with, and comfortable using, a variety of hand tools Familiarity with firearm models, components, and use is preferred Attention to detail Familiar with manufacturing shop safety protocol Basic written and verbal communication skills Able to pass required drug screenings and background check
