Job Summary We are seeking motivated Production Workers for 1st or 3rd shift to join our manufacturing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in manufacturing while contributing to the production process. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently during assigned shifts Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to work effectively during third shift in a fast-paced setting Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform manual tasks as required Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures Background check and drug screen is required

Pay and Shift:

• 3:00PM ( $15.00/hr ) 3rd shift
• 11:30PM
• 7:30AM ( $15.50/hr ) Contract-to
