Shifts:
Multiple shifts available Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We are looking for dependable, hands-on Production Operators to join a manufacturing team in Clarkston. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning how things are made, and being part of a team. You don't need to know everything on day one. Training is provided, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to learn the equipment, processes, and quality requirements needed to be successful. What You'll Do Perform assembly and production operations at a workstation or production line Use hand tools and power tools as required Operate production equipment and machinery Follow work instructions and established production procedures Inspect parts and finished products for quality Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns to a supervisor Complete production tasks according to the manufacturing schedule Perform basic machine checks and preventative maintenance as instructed Keep your workstation and equipment clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals Perform other production duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience is preferred Previous experience with hand or power tools is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good attention to detail Ability to work at a consistent pace in a production environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new equipment and processes A consistent work history and interest in long-term employment Physical Requirements This is a hands-on manufacturing position.
Candidates should be comfortable with:
Standing and walking for extended periods Repetitive hand and arm movements Using hand and power tools Reaching, bending, and working around production equipment Performing repetitive assembly tasks Working around moving mechanical equipment Lifting and handling materials as required for the assigned workstation Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
