Production Operator (Night Shift)

Schedule Night Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00

AM Schedule:

Work 3 days per week plus every other Saturday. (Average 14 days work per month. No rotating or swing shifts.) No prior manufacturing experience required. We provide comprehensive training. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to showing up ready to work are essential. What You'll Do Operate production equipment according to safety and quality standards Perform routine production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Monitor product quality and report issues as needed Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Work collaboratively as part of a night shift production team

Physical & Work Environment Expectations:
