JobsRUs.com is currently hiring for Production Operators for a recycling company located in Dundee, MI.

Utilize forklift to carry product to specific lines within the plant
Move, retrieve, and empty hoppers throughout the plant
Adhere to all safety procedures and practice good housekeeping.
Perform job duties in accordance with all written work instructions and procedures.
Perform quality checks related to line operation.
As needed utilize manufacturing data systems to perform basic shop floor functions.
Respond to process control alarms, bringing processes back into control.
Disposition non-conforming products according to established criteria.
Coordinates the training sessions for all new hires in the department.
Identifies opportunities for departmental improvement.
Assists in changeovers, productivity and scrap.
Assists in training and mentoring as assigned.
Participate in Plant meetings.
