Local Production Operators

Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Local Production Operator positions for a Manufacturing company in East Tawas, MI. This is a Temp-to-Hire job. !

Duties for this position include:

Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards Maintain production flow by following work instructions and meeting daily quotas Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues or defects Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines Compensation (USD): $15.00/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday•Friday 7:00 a.m.•12:00 a.m.

Overtime:

Saturday and/or Sunday as needed 2nd Shift Monday•Friday 3:30 p.m.•12:00 a.m.

Overtime:

Saturday and/or Sunday as needed 3rd Shift Sunday•Thursday 3:00 a.m.•11:30 a.m.

Overtime:

Friday and/or Saturday as needed Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift consistently
