Job Description
Anthony and Co. is hiring Production Team Members. Come join a family-oriented company that has been producing wood products for 75 years. The ideal candidates will be reliable, ready to work, and willing to learn the manufacturing and printing processes. We are looking for individuals who can quickly and efficiently sort out defective parts. Individuals must be able to lift and stack boxes weighing up to 40 pounds. It would be ideal if you can learn to operate wood saws and lathes used in our process of producing wooden pieces for pai We offer paid training, insurance, paid time off, and nine vacation days per year! The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Candidates must be 18 years old and willing to undergo drug testing. Summary As a Production Associate specializing in Product Sorting, you will be integral to our manufacturing operations, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will involve the efficient sorting and handling of products, utilizing heavy equipment such as forklifts and loaders. With core skills in heavy equipment operation and skills in truck operation, you will ensure a smooth workflow. Your relevant skills will contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, aligning with our commitment to operational excellence. Join us in driving productivity and quality in our production processes. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and powered pallet jack for efficient product sorting and movement. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using conveyors. Follow safety protocols while handling heavy lifting and sanitation tasks. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
