WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operate presses and production equipment to manufacture automotive components Perform safety checks before operating machinery Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Complete production and quality documentation Package and label products according to customer specifications Monitor equipment performance and report any issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic ✔ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions ✔ Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required ✔ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift ✔ Positive attitude and team-first mindset ✔ Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
