As a key contributor to our manufacturing process, you will help create stunning countertops, vanities, and custom stone features that enhance our clients' spaces. Duties Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts and other heavy-duty tools to transport and position granite slabs safely and efficiently Cut, shape, polish, and finish granite using hand tools, power tools, machining equipment, and welding techniques to meet project specifications Measure and mark materials accurately for precise fabrication according to design plans Handle materials carefully during processing to prevent damage and ensure quality standards are met Assemble fabricated pieces on-site or in the workshop, ensuring proper fit and finish for installation Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following safety protocols and proper materials handling procedures Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and improve workflow efficiency Requirements Proven experience with fabrication processes involving granite or other natural stones in a manufacturing or construction environment Mechanical knowledge of machinery operation, machining techniques, and heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other fabrication machinery Familiarity with materials handling practices to safely move large stone slabs within warehouse or workshop settings Ability to read technical drawings, measurements, and design plans accurately Prior warehouse experience or background in construction or millwork is highly desirable Strong attention to detail combined with physical stamina for long periods of standing, lifting heavy materials, and operating machinery safely Join us today to craft exceptional stone surfaces while advancing your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
