•1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts! Our client in Fraser, MI is seeking dependable and motivated Press Operators / Machine Operators to join their growing manufacturing team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a direct employee after 90 days , based on attendance and performance. Available Shifts 1st

•3:00 PM | $15.00/hour 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM

•11:00 PM | $15.25/hour 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM

•7:00 AM | $15.40/hour PLUS $40 Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus! Employees who meet the perfect attendance requirements are eligible for a separate $40 bonus check each week . Overtime opportunities are also available based on production needs. Growth Opportunity This position offers the opportunity to be hired directly by our client after approximately 90 days , based on performance and attendance. Once converted to a direct employee, team members become eligible for company-paid benefits after their first 60 days of direct employment , including: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Job Responsibilities As a Press Operator, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing and inspecting plastic components.

Responsibilities include:

Operate and monitor production and injection molding equipment. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Review the Operator Display Board for work instructions and Quality Alerts before beginning production. Trim excess material or flash from finished parts. Sort, inspect, package, and label completed products. Produce and assemble sub-assemblies for production lines. Connect various parts and components as required. Load conveyors, stock parts, and handle production materials. Complete required testing, production paperwork, quality records, and documentation. Apply internal and external labels correctly. Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement activities. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA-required safety standards. Assist team members with additional production duties as needed. Qualifications Previous injection molding, machine operating, press operating, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required . High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn and assist in other areas as needed. Apply Today!
