Job Description

Position Summary - Stamping Press Operator Has primary responsibility for die set up, programming machine, running and monitoring Stamping Presses for steel.
Responsibilities:
Operates automatic power presses from 80 ton to 400 ton - and auxiliary equipment in a safe and correct manner. Perform and assist others in tooling change over and set up. Performs and documents required visual and physical quality inspections as indicated by control plan/operator check sheet. Reads, interprets, and complies with the Production Work Order. Correctly identifies and handles non-conforming product. Correctly handles finished product and corresponding documentation. Complies with all safety programs such as those related to production, i.e. press guarding, lock/out, personal protective equipment, and hearing conservation. Use ERP system and barcoding to produce / report production results. First shift position, Monday-Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM Who we are?
