You'll start by supporting production and filling machines, then have the opportunity to learn how to operate food processing and packaging equipment as you grow in the role. What You'll Be Doing Support production by helping prepare and make fruit fillings for squeeze pouch products. Assist with keeping filling machines supplied with the materials they need. Help monitor production to keep everything running smoothly. Learn to operate food processing and packaging equipment. Assist with packaging, product handling, and other production tasks. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Work with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals. What We're Looking For Dependable people who show up ready to work. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn is what matters most!
