Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating painting equipment and ensuring high-quality finishes on the product. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial and auto painting processes. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and safety are paramount. Duties Set up and operate paint spraying equipment Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications using basic math skills Apply paint using spray guns with precision to ensure consistent quality Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on painting equipment to minimize downtime Follow safety protocols related to industrial painting and materials handling Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Requirements Proven experience in industrial painting, auto painting, or related manufacturing environments Ability to operate precision measuring instruments and use basic math for mixing paints and measurements Mechanical knowledge of paint spraying equipment is preferred Understanding the difference between light, heavy spray and splattering Ability to adjust flow graduation on spray guns Ability to check paint thickness utilizing a delta scope Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards Ability to work safely around machinery and follow all safety protocols Lifting up to 50 lbs.,
Standing, Bending and Twisting PPE Additional Requirements:
High School diploma or GED is required Ability to pass drug screen Ability to pass background Up to date resume This position requires a dedicated individual capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
