•Overtime Required As Needed$16.00•17.00/HOUR1ST-6AM-2PM2ND-2PM-10PM3RD-10PM-6AM Join out team as a Press Operator and Factory Assembler. Work together in a team environment, including but not limited to basic controls of the Assembly equipment, racking of finish parts, quality control, general housekeeping and metal rework. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform machine operationsLoad/Assemble/Weld partsCorrect and troubleshoot machine faultsKnow and adhere to safety proceduresFollow departmental process proceduresInitiate quality improvements and assist in concern resolutionMaintain production efficienciesMaintain housekeeping requirements to ensure a safe work environmentInspect parts produced per process to ensure they meet our high standardsComplete quality check documentation per processRack parts per specifications Key RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDOne year of manufacturing experience preferredGeneral knowledge of quality systemsAble to identify sheet metal/aluminum defectsBasic knowledge using an ERP system Health and SafetyFrequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
