- Thursday (6am
- 4:30pm) Overtime when needed (Friday's only) $20

Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Amada Turret Punch Presses Load and unload sheet metal (steel, stainless, aluminum) Select, install, inspect, and maintain punches and dies Complete first-piece and in-process quality inspections Troubleshoot issues including tool wear, mis-hits, burrs, and part quality concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Requirements Prior experience operating Turret punch presses (Amada with Dr. Abe software) Experience with Dr. Abe or similar turret programming software Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Proficient with basic measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers) Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift sheet material as needed Preferred Qualifications Tooling setup and changeover experience Nesting or program adjustment experience Sheet metal fabrication background Experience working with press brakes or related fabrication equipment
