The Opportunity We are seeking a dependable Utility Worker to support press and rewind operations by managing utilities, supplies, housekeeping, and material readiness. This role ensures presses and rewind areas remain stocked, clean, and organized to minimize downtime and support efficient production. The Utility Worker plays a key role in maintaining 5S standards, assisting press operations, and supporting the rewind team as needed. Key Responsibilities Manage waste and maintain organization throughout press and rewind work areas. Cut and prepare cores for each specific job. Empty trash and manage disposal according to facility standards. Order, receive, and organize supplies; ensure stock levels are maintained at presses. Keep blades changed and core areas clean, neat, and organized. Assist rewind operations with machinery support or packing as needed. Transport skids to shipping daily. Ensure anilox rolls are properly cleaned and returned to designated press areas. Keep press and rewind areas supplied with necessary materials to minimize downtime. Assist with print station cleanup and wash print stations when possible. Operate motorized lifts as part of daily duties. Monitor presses during breaks when required. Support the facility's 5S program and continuous improvement efforts. Work safely and efficiently in compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support operations. What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and reading a ruler. Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
