1st and 2nd Shift Openings!
Location:
Mason, MI 1st
Shift Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30/4:00 PM (frequent 10-hour shifts & Saturday overtime, 4-8 hours)
Pay:
$18.00/hour (includes night shift premium) 2nd
Shift Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (frequent 10-hour shifts & Saturday overtime, 4-8 hours)
Pay:
$19.00/hour (includes night shift premium) Personnel World is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join a fast-paced production team in Mason. This physically active role involves processing, handling, and moving parts while working closely with a supportive team to meet production goals safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Unload, stack, rack, and process parts Wash, paint, and spray parts as directed Safely lift and move parts weighing 20-50 lbs (team lifts for heavier items) Work in a warm facility (up to 120°F in summer) Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of chemicals and PPE Maintain consistent attendance and flexibility to meet daily production needs Collaborate with teammates to keep production running smoothly Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a hot environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays Prior heat-treating or industrial production experience is a plus Steel-toed boots or shoes required (clip-ons not allowed) Why You'll Love Working Here Team-focused environment where everyone works together to get the job done Paid 30-minute break if remaining on-site; option to leave for break with clock-out Break area available for meals and refreshments Opportunities to help with a variety of tasks and learn new skills Dependable, hardworking candidates ready for a physically active role with overtime opportunities are encouraged to apply.
