Automotive Production Resource MFG is hiring for Detroit Automotive Technologies in Lansing!

Shifts Available:

All 3

Shifts Pay Rate:

$16.75 - $17.25 per hour (based on shift differential) Detroit Automotive Technologies is hiring Automotive Production Workers to join our team! We have immediate openings across all 3 shifts to fit your lifestyle. In this role, you will help assemble and manufacture high-quality automotive components in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Whether you are experienced or looking to start a new career, we provide the training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and assembly equipment safely.
Assemble automotive parts according to detailed work instructions.
Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctual attendance.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Prior production, factory, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
