Join our dedicated team in Livonia, MI, and help us bring our vision to life in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where quality and safety come first. What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in our tea manufacturing process, ensuring we meet production goals while maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating and maintaining machinery for blending, boxing, and stocking tea products. Meeting production targets for cycle time, quantity, and quality standards. Keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Documenting activities accurately in paper or electronic logs. Collaborating with coworkers, engineers, and managers to support plant operations. Troubleshooting minor equipment issues to keep production running smoothly. Supporting other tasks as needed to ensure efficient plant operations. Experience working in a plant environment is desirable. Potential to move to a team lead position depending on experience and performance. Who You Are We're looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You bring:
A high school diploma or GED (Associate's degree or training in mechanical/electrical maintenance is a bonus). Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and bend as needed. Reliable transportation to our Livonia facility. What You'll Need to Start A resume detailing your last five years of employment and relevant experience. Three professional references, including one from your most recent employer. Willingness to undergo a drug test and random drug screenings as a condition of employment.
