Job Description

Nesco Resource is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Service Parts Operators to support the production/ machining of custom parts. This position involves running fabrication equipment, following production instructions, and ensuring all work meets strict quality standards. We're looking for someone reliable, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Location:
Livonia, MI Schedule:
20 hours per week, with potential for full-time employment
Schedule A:
Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am to 4:30pm, Wednesdays 8:00 am to 12 noon
Schedule B:
Wednesday, 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, Thursdays & Fridays 8:00 am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate:
$19.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Load work station with formed hoses and other miscellaneous production materials. Retrieve/return required production fixtures/tooling. Operate required production fixtures/tooling apparatus. Operate automatic or hand-activated stamping equipment. Operate various machines and tools to produce parts according to customer specifications Follow work orders, instructions, and shift leader guidance for part setup and process flow Read Specifications/Standard Practices and sign off on the appropriate documentation as required. Perform visual and measurement-based quality checks throughout the job Perform various re-inspections of products as directed Track materials used and time spent on each work order Keep working area clean and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards Work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision Contribute to a positive safety culture and help maintain ISO 14001 and
IATF 16949

What We're Looking For:
