$17.00-$18.00 per hour

Machine Operators:

Responsibilities:

Set up production lines for the workday Operate manufacturing equipment and CNC machinery Feed and screen tanks into machines Assemble and pack products and components according to specifications Inspect tanks, pumps, shutoffs, and other product components Ensure the correct components are packed with each product Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product standards are met Use basic computer programs to access machine operation programs Follow production procedures and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications:

Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operating experience preferred Basic computer knowledge Basic math skills Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation is helpful Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen Ambient Recruiting - an entirely employee-owned company - is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
