As a 1st shift Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the assembly and packaging of high-quality metal products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM What's the Job? Assist with the production, assembly, and packaging of metal products Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as trained Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure standards are met Move materials efficiently throughout the production area Maintain a clean and organized work environment following safety procedures What's Needed? Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Capability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality What's in it for me?
