We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our team in a versatile entry-level position that combines administrative support, shipping and receiving, and hands-on shop work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. We are looking for an individual who wants to learn, develop new skills, and grow alongside our company. The right candidate will have opportunities to gain experience in CNC machine operation, manufacturing processes, inventory management, production support, and other key areas of the business. What You'll Do Process incoming and outgoing shipments Receive, inspect, and organize customer and vendor deliveries Prepare shipping documentation and work orders Perform administrative and data-entry tasks using our ERP system and other business software Assist with inventory tracking and organization Load and unload CNC grinding machines Perform basic manual machine operations and shop support tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support various operational needs across the business as required What We're Looking For Strong computer skills and general comfort with technology Willingness to learn our ERP system and internal processes Interest in learning manufacturing equipment and CNC machinery Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career Manufacturing, shipping/receiving, ERP, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $17.00+ per hour , based on experience Compensation and performance review after 90 days Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid training Career growth and advancement opportunities Friendly, collaborative, team-oriented work environment Growth Opportunity This position is designed as an entry point into our organization.
