InnerSpace Healthcare is looking for an experienced Paint Line Lead / Powder Coat Lead to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows powder coating, enjoys troubleshooting, and can help keep an automated paint line running safely, efficiently and consistently. You don't need to know every part of our system on day one. If you have solid powder-coating or industrial painting experience, strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Help lead the day-to-day operation of an automated powder-coating line Set up and operate automatic powder guns and perform manual touch-up Monitor coating quality and make appropriate process adjustments Troubleshoot coating, equipment and process issues Perform routine process checks, cleaning and preventive maintenance Identify and correct issues involving coverage, adhesion, film thickness, contamination and cure Support and train other paint-line team members Work with Production, Quality and Maintenance to keep the line running safely and efficiently What We're Looking For Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience Experience working in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to recognize coating-quality issues and take appropriate action Comfortable working with automated equipment and learning line controls Ability to lead by example and help train others Dependable, safety-minded and able to work independently

Pay:

$23-$27/hour based on experience

Schedule:

1st Shift, 6:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Thursay and 6:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m.
