ANY SHIFT
(1st, 2nd, or 3rd) as needed and well as to possess excellent fine motor skills, the ability to distinguish between subtle color hues, and a highly developed sense of touch for quality monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Production Specialist This is where every team member begins their journey. You will oversee multiple production lines, ensuring our product meets exacting standards through rhythm and touch. Use your fine motor skills to detect slight variations in material thickness by hand to determine precise cut points. Oversee 5 to 15 active lines simultaneously, maintaining a steady pace as you process and pack finished products. Utilize excellent color differentiation and touch-sensitivity to ensure every product is flawless. Phase 2: Systems Technician As you progress, you will take on increased technical responsibility, focusing on the "how" and "why" behind the machinery. Configure complex machinery using mathematical calculations and scientific aptitude to prepare for production runs. Utilize Netsuite and proprietary software to manage data. (basic computer skills; if you can navigate apps on a smartphone without trouble, this is key) Use a logic-based mindset to identify and correct system discrepancies, ensuring peak efficiency.
Skills:
A consistent and reliable professional working background. While manufacturing experience is a plus, we welcome candidates from any industry who can demonstrate a steady track record. Comfortable navigating software interfaces and performing basic computer-based tasks. A willingness to learn, embrace LEAN manufacturing culture, and rotate through different roles to support the team.
Qualifications:
This facility operates around the clock. You must be available to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) as needed. Excellent fine motor skills, the ability to distinguish between subtle color hues, and a highly developed sense of touch for quality monitoring. High School Diploma or GED required. Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation in order to demonstrate a reliable attendance record. Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screening (must be THC negative).
