Job Description

Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in one of several areas of our investment castings foundry. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals seeking to launch a career in manufacturing or metal casting. You will assist in various stages of the investment casting process, including handling wax patterns, mold preparation, and finishing work. No prior foundry experience is required — we provide complete training! Why Work With Us? No experience required — we'll train you.
Full-time hours:

Requirements:
What You'll Do:
Support Production Tasks:
Assist with wax pattern assembly, shell building, and/or cleaning operations. Learn the
Process:
Receive training on each step of the investment casting workflow.
Work Safely:
Follow all safety protocols, wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and help maintain a clean and organized work area.
Handle Materials:
Load and unload molds, carry parts, and transport materials using carts or basic equipment.
Inspect Work:
Assist in checking parts for obvious defects and report any issues to senior technicians.
Team Support:
Collaborate closely with experienced team members and be willing to assist wherever needed.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work in hot, industrial environments Comfortable with standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks Nice to Have (but not required): Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Interest in hands-on work or metalworking
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 40-50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in high-heat conditions (with proper protection) Standing, bending, and moving for most of the shift
