Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery, including stamping presses and lathes, and possess a solid understanding of mechanical processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols. Duties Ability to adapt to doing different tasks Able to perform polishing operations on various sizes and shapes of aluminum castings Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any necessary maintenance. Utilize measuring tools such as calipers to verify the dimensions of finished products. Able to identify defects in the casted parts Perform assembly procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines. Document production data accurately for quality control purposes. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
