In this role, you'll be part of the team responsible for ensuring tooling, materials, and setups are fully prepared before production begins. What you'll be doing: Build and organize complete job kits before production starts Gather tooling, materials, and setup sheets so jobs are ready to go Preset tooling and prep it for machine use Work closely with Cell Leads and the production team to stay ahead of needs Check that all documentation and materials are accurate and up to date Keep tooling, kits, and work areas clean and organized Re-stock perishables and flag anything that needs to be ordered Help support the floor with misc. needs to keep production moving What we're looking for: Strong organization skills Reliable and ready to work each day Mechanical or machining experience preferred Attention to detail and ability to follow processes Team player who communicates well and jumps in where needed Willingness to learn and improve What we offer: Full-time, steady work Clean, organized facility Team focused environment Opportunities to learn and grow.
