What You'll Do As a Manual Tube Bender, you'll play a key role in building high-quality hydraulic systems and fabricated assemblies used in custom machine tools and industrial equipment: Bend and fabricate hydraulic tubing for machine tools and industrial machinery Operate hand tube benders, Lakeland bench benders, and Lakeland power benders Bend hydraulic tubing ranging from 3/16" through 1-1/2" diameter Build clean, organized, and professional hydraulic tube packages Measure, cut, flare, deburr, fit, and assemble hydraulic tubing systems with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, hydraulic schematics, and work instructions Install hydraulic tubing and fabricated components during machine assembly Collaborate closely with assemblers, engineers, and production teams—communicating openly to solve problems and improve outcomes Support other manufacturing departments as needed, contributing wherever the team needs help Follow OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards at all times What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, brings a positive attitude, and is committed to producing high-quality results: Minimum 5 years of experience in manual hydraulic tube bending Experience operating hand tube benders, Lakeland bench benders, and Lakeland power benders Ability to bend hydraulic tubing from 3/16" to 1-1/2" diameter sizes Ability to read and understand blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and fabrication drawings Experience producing clean, professional-quality tube routing and weldments Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills with a "be part of the solution" mindset Ability to use precision measuring instruments and fabrication tools confidently Team-first attitude

Have:
Experience with stainless steel tubing and hydraulic hard-line fabrication Familiarity with Swagelok, JIC, ORFS, and compression fittings Hydraulic system troubleshooting experience Forklift operation Overhead crane operation Experience in machine tool manufacturing, industrial machinery, or automation equipment Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Technical or trade school education preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in tube bending within a manufacturing environment
Schedule Monday-Friday:
6:30 AM
- 2:30 PM Occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed to meet delivery schedules Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay: $25
