Job Description
You can look forward to these exciting tasks Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM with mandatory overtime as needed Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets Assign and balance workloads across operators based on production plans and staffing levels Monitor performance, resolve quality, quantity, and safety issues, and coordinate with maintenance on equipment and repairs Support continuous improvement, communicate across teams, and train and develop team members This is what you bring to us Technical or vocational education (apprenticeship preferred) in a manufacturing-related field 5 years of experience in a production environment, ideally within the automotive industry Prior leadership or team coordination experience in a manufacturing setting Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement tools Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment What we offer you Competitive pay Health coverage for you and your family Generous number of vacation days each year Paid wellness time and 14 paid company holidays 401(k) with company match Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
