Our job is to help contractors across North America grow their businesses through customized marketing solutions including website design and hosting, SEO, social media management, reputation management, paid advertising, and digital strategy. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Front-End Production Specialist to turn approved website designs into polished, responsive, production-ready web pages This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clean execution, accurate design implementation, performance optimization, and quality control. You will be responsible for building pages that match approved designs, function correctly across devices, load quickly, and meet internal production standards before launch. This is a hands-on technical production role, not a design or client-facing position. Key Responsibilities Design-to-Code Implementation Convert approved website mockups into responsive web pages Build layouts using established front-end development standards Ensure strong visual accuracy between the approved design and final build Maintain clean, organized, and consistent code Follow internal naming conventions, component standards, and production workflows Performance and Accessibility Optimize pages for speed, performance, and usability Compress and format images and assets appropriately Apply accessibility best practices Ensure pages meet internal performance benchmarks Quality Assurance Perform thorough QA before deployment or handoff Test pages across browsers, screen sizes, and devices Validate forms, calls-to-action, tracking scripts, and integrations Identify and resolve errors before launch Production Consistency Maintain consistent styling, structure, and build quality across projects Follow internal checklists and workflow documentation Help document recurring issues and suggest process improvements Ensure all work meets company production standards Redesign and Optimization Support Support full-site redesigns and page refresh projects Update legacy pages to meet current standards Implement assigned CRO, SEO, or performance-related page updates What This Role Owns Accurate implementation of approved designs Pre-launch quality assurance Page speed and performance compliance Clean, consistent front-end production work What This Role Does Not Own Website design direction Strategic SEO planning Client communication Scope changes Backend architecture Qualifications Experience building responsive web pages from approved designs or mockups Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end best practices Ability to match designs with a high level of visual accuracy Familiarity with website performance optimization Basic understanding of accessibility standards Strong QA mindset and attention to detail Ability to follow documented processes and internal standards Comfortable working in a production-focused environment with deadlines Success in This Role Looks Like Pages launch cleanly with minimal post-launch issues Builds closely match approved designs Pages meet internal speed and performance standards Work moves efficiently through production with minimal rework Code and structure remain clean, consistent, and easy to maintain 90-Day Review Period This position includes an initial 90-day review period to evaluate role fit, performance, workflow consistency, and overall alignment with team expectations. The ideal candidate is precise, reliable, and execution-focused. You enjoy taking a finalized design and turning it into a functional, high-quality web page. You care about details, performance, consistency, and making sure work is done right before it goes live.
