Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Garment Inspection/Assembly Team Member, you'll play a key role in making sure every garment we return to our clients meets our high company standards. You'll inspect items for proper pressing, stain removal, repairs, and button quality. After inspection, you'll scan barcodes, send items to the auto‑bagger, alphabetize them, and file them onto the storage conveyor. If you love consistency, accuracy, and keeping things organized, this role is a great fit for you!
Your Team:
You will work with the production technicians and must be able to return items that do not meet company standards. You will report to the Production Team Leader.
Position Responsibilities:
Understand garment construction and how certain materials should look and feel. Understand and enforce inspection standards. Look for special attention tags and make sure they are followed. Able to identify any damage, spots, and stains and apply the spot tag process. Return unsatisfactory items to production technicians. Quality of finish / pressing inspection. Look for broken/chipped buttons. Discuss trends and/or concerns with the Production Team Leader. Assemble, bag, alphabetize, and file orders.
Position Requirements:
Must have an eye for detail and be consistent regardless of volume. Good communication with other team members and with the Production Team Leader. Understanding each production station and the capabilities of each station. Good eyesight. Physical endurance to stand for the entire shift. Have the right mindset to do repetitive work. Environment can be dangerous with moving equipment, chemicals, and different types of machinery. It can be hot in summer and cold in winter.
