Printing Systems Incorporated (PSI) is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for our upcoming seasonal production period. This is a fast-paced production assignment with significant overtime and multiple production positions available.
PAY & ATTENDANCE BONUS
Starting pay: $17.00 per hour. Eligible employees may earn the attendance bonus shown below based on assigned position. Position Attendance Bonus Machine Operator / Folder Operator Additional $5.00/hour Catcher Additional $5.00/hour Stabber Additional $5.00/hour Jogger Additional $5.00/hour Boxer Additional $3.00/hour To qualify, employees must meet PSI attendance requirements throughout the seasonal assignment, including reporting to work on time every scheduled workday. Eligibility and payment will be determined at the end of the assignment under PSI's Seasonal Attendance Bonus guidelines.
SCHEDULE 6
00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Employees should also expect approximately 2-3 Sundays during the assignment based on production requirements. Work may be required on Labor Day or other holidays depending on the production schedule. Overtime is required. Overtime will be paid after 40 hours worked during PSI's standard Monday-Sunday workweek, as applicable by law. Holiday hours actually worked will be paid at 1.5 times the employee's regular hourly rate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Load and handle paper and printed materials and assist with production/finishing equipment. Catch, jog, align, sort, stack, organize, and package printed materials. Perform visual and required quality checks and report damaged or incorrect materials. Maintain accurate counts and follow production instructions. Move boxes, paper, and other materials throughout the production area as needed. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe and follow all PSI safety procedures. Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable, punctual, hardworking, physically capable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, team-oriented applicants who can follow instructions, adapt to production needs, and commit to completing the full seasonal assignment. Applicants must be able to stand and work on their feet for most of a 12-hour shift; perform repetitive paper handling, sorting, stacking, packing, and quality checks; lift and move boxes or stacks of paper as needed; bend, reach, stand, and walk; work safely around production machinery; and maintain focus and productivity throughout the shift.
