Benefits:
6am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday $15.00/hr This role involves preparing molds, mixing and pouring matrix materials, curing products, and performing final inspections. It requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to perform hands-on production tasks, including buffing. Requirements Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
REQUIRED
Previous buffing experience. Skills & Abilities Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing devices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
