DESCRIPTION/DUTIES

a. Performs all tasks involved in the production of DSM's products. Products include headliners, carpet, trunk lids, luggage boxes, and any other products. Align, pack, cut, clip, glue or otherwise assemble the materials to produce finished products. b. All Production Associates will be available to work in all areas of production. Follows all safety regulations and wears required PPE at all times on the production floor. c. Demonstrates proficient knowledge of strong work ethics, including timeliness and understands planning with reliable transportation. SPECIAL TRAINING or

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and visual skills
• Works positively and cooperatively with fellow employees
• Demonstrates reliability, dependability, and good work ethics.
• Prior experience with Tier 1 automotive supplier is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 15 lbs.
