We partner with manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and integrators across Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Indiana, and Kentucky to support their facility operations and production needs. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Production Worker to join our team with overtime (OT) available. This role offers an energetic environment where you will play a vital part in manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to continuous process improvement within a dynamic manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely to support production goals Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and material movement Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings for precise assembly and quality checks Manage inventory and utilize forklift and power tools for material transportation and assembly Follow safety standards in production environments, adhering to all safety protocols Assist in mechanical assembly processes using hand tools and power tools Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with familiarity in assembly line operations Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely throughout shifts Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus Technical proficiency in interpreting manufacturing documents and supporting process improvements Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing!
