Monday-Friday Pay:

Starting wage $18 per hour

Schedule:

Approximately 45 hours per week

Hours:

7:30 AM

• 5:00 PM (may vary based on production needs)

Overtime:

Paid after 40 hours per week About the Job Lifetime Metal Sales is looking for a dependable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position helps produce metal panels and trim products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-oriented shop environment. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as brake presses, roll formers, forklifts, and cranes Produce trim and panel products according to customer orders Wrap and prepare materials for shipment Assist with inventory and stock management Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Basic math skills (fractions and measurements) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Forklift or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required What We Value At Lifetime Metal Sales we believe great teams are built on strong values.
